As we expand the topical breadth of the DNA Wiki, pulling information from textbooks, online resources such as university pages, scientific research, and encyclopedias such as
Front_Page, we will find that many of these other resources will start to refer to the DNA Wiki as a valuable resource. Some pages here may cover topics that are not on Wikipedia, but similarly, some pages generated here may cover topics that later warrant adding to Wikipedia. As another measure of the influence of the DNA Wiki, this page will catalog pages that have generated content on Wikipedia.
Note: If you find content on Wikipedia that is lifted from the DNA Wiki (check the page's history to be sure that we didn't lift information from Wikipedia), it may or may not be a good idea to attribute the info to the DNA Wiki. If a wholesale section or page comes from here, it might be a good idea to link back to the page it came from on Wikipedia, since we are being used as a reference. If its a sentence or two, don't worry about it. The DNA Wiki is licensed under
Creative Commons, so anyone can use the information that is written here.
Cross-linking between wikis is a good way to strengthen both resources, and is generally encouraged.
